We affirm that God gifts both women and men for ministry in the church and his Kingdom. From early on, our spiritual tribe has affirmed women in ministry and leadership in the local church. Here at Fairview, we believe our history is born out of early church history, and even the life and ministry of Jesus. While we understand that there are differing views and interpretations of scripture around this subject, our practice at Fairview is to affirm and support both men and women who are called and empowered to ministry and leadership in the church.
